Tell you about six main parameters of SCR

Page view

The thyristor has the trigger circuit, the single junction transistor trigger circuit, the crystal triode trigger circuit, the trigger circuit that uses the small thyristor to trigger the large thyristor, and so on.

The main parameters of SCR are:

1, rated current average current IT under certain conditions, the anode - the cathode can be continuously passed through the average value of 50 Hz sinusoidal half wave current.

2, the positive peak voltage VPF can be added to the positive peak voltage at both ends of SCR when the positive voltage of the anode is not more than the conduction voltage, and the positive voltage of the anode is not more than the conduction voltage. The peak value of positive voltage that the thyristor can withstand can not exceed the parameter value given by the manual.

3, reverse blocking peak voltage VPR when the thyristor plus reverse voltage is in the reverse turn off state, the reverse peak voltage at both ends of the thyristor can be repeated. When used, the parameter value given by the manual can not be exceeded.

4. The minimum control pole current and voltage needed for the SCR to turn from the off state to the conduction state when the polar trigger current Ig1 and the trigger voltage VGT are at the specified ambient temperature when the anode - cathode is added to a certain voltage.

5, maintain the current IH at the specified temperature, control the pole open circuit to maintain the minimum anode positive current required for thyristor conduction. Many new silicon controlled silicon controlled elements have come out in succession, such as fast SCR for high frequency applications, which can be controlled by positive or negative trigger signals to control the bidirectional thyristor in two directions. It can be directed by a positive trigger signal, and the thyristor, which is turned off with a negative trigger signal, is used.
