3, reverse blocking peak voltage VPR when the thyristor plus reverse voltage is in the reverse turn off state, the reverse peak voltage at both ends of the thyristor can be repeated. When used, the parameter value given by the manual can not be exceeded.
4. The minimum control pole current and voltage needed for the SCR to turn from the off state to the conduction state when the polar trigger current Ig1 and the trigger voltage VGT are at the specified ambient temperature when the anode - cathode is added to a certain voltage.
5, maintain the current IH at the specified temperature, control the pole open circuit to maintain the minimum anode positive current required for thyristor conduction.
